Agat system

is a modern system of aluminum profiles, rails and structural components for the production of wardrobes-compartments

Profiles designed for
the insert with the thickness:


  • 4 mm
  • 4.6 mm
  • 5 mm
  • 6 mm
  • 8 mm
  • 10 mm

Materials for the facade can be:


  • panels from the natural wood
  • chipboards
  • MDF boards
  • plastic
  • safe glass of different types (transparent, opaque, varnished, etc.)
  • mirrors

Agat system
enables producing of the:

Standard profile size:


  • length 2750 mm
  • width 30 mm
  • groove 10 mm

  • 5500 mm is the profile length for the anode shades

Maximum width of the sliding doors with
the board insert is 1200 mm

Maximum width of the pivoting doors is 600 mm

Maximum width of the sliding doors with the insert
from mirror/glass is 1000 mm

Maximum width of the pivoting doors is 600 mm

Minimum
doors size:

250 mm
for the pivoting doors

400 mm
for the sliding doors

Having calculated the proper loading and optimal cost we do recommend to install the doors with the width of 700-800 mm

Agat sliding system is represented in two series: AL20 and AL25.Their main characteristics are the same, but there are some advantages of AL25 compared with the system AL20:
a little bit changed vertical profile , which is fixed to the thickened horizontal profile so the more rigid door frame is created.

The lower rail in AL25 is mounted to the special batten to make the elements fixation invisible from inside; the new insert for the glass, which is used
for the doors with the division;
maximum door width is equal as for the filling from the board so from the glass and is 1500 mm;

Bottom roller

Top roller

Casters made of soft plastic on the top rollers ensure quiet work of the mechanism

The bottom rollers are made of wear-resistant plastic and have bearings




«Anti-jumping» system prevents
the door from falling out of the rail

An additional advantage of sliding mechanisms is the ability to adjust the door height


Rollers in Agat system are hidden from both sides, so you can use a transparent glass as a door filling, what is extremely important for interior partitions

Such option will be appropriate as for
small rooms because it visually enlarges the area,
so for the spacious rooms in country houses,
cottages, offices

Rollers are moving mechanisms which are fundamental elements of any wardrobe-compartment construction

Mostly of the rollers quality depends furniture reliability and durability

There are 2 types of rails
in the system:

If necessary, the bottom rail
can be embed in the floor

or inserted in the floor covering (carpet covering, laminate)

It is possible to install Comfort Touch
springs which easily slow down
the doors and gently close them




There is the possibility to fix a buffer brush of various length on vertical profile for protection
of the walls or side panels


The buffer brush is used for preventing dust inside the wardrobe and for the doors ends protection from hitting
during the movement

For more convenient door opening there is a possibility of attachment the rod handle of different lengths
(including the entire length of the profile)

For uniting of the different types
of filling in one door
the connection profile is used

Also, there is a possibility in this system to reproduce unusual shapes on the doors using
the bent connection profile

For wardrobe facade adornment decorative batten is often used for the visual doors separation into smaller segments

Decorative batten is attached to a homogeneous insert (plane, glass, mirror) vertically, horizontally or at an angle

Agat system includes the installation of lock-block
for the aluminum doors

1) Lock for door interlock with rosette;
2) Door vertical lock;
3) Sliding door lock;
4) Electronic lock


Lock for door interlock with rosette is very simple and ergonomic, and is fixed at the bottom or connecting profile at any door height

It will be appropriate for wardrobes-compartments in offices, home studies for storing documents and valuables

Rounded shape profile and a wide variety of colors allow to make constructions which look better in classic styles of interior

Using profiles Agat and experimenting with the insert, you can reproduce
the design of any age


The main rule to be followed - that all elements and patterns form a single stylistic concept

System will organically fit any interior, as of private dwelling, so of the various offices, hotels, restaurants, shops and other facilities where there is a need in installation of wardrobe-compartment or interior partition
