contemporary sliding system with a thin frame of aluminum profiles is a new Komandor proposal
Profile appearance
Profiles are designed
for the insert with the thickness:
- 4 mm
- 10 mm
Materials for facade
can be:
- natural wood panels
- DSP boards
- MDF boards
- plastic
- safety glass of various kinds (transparent, frosted, lacquered etc.)
- mirrors
Designers Tip:
it is important to remember, that
in Heliodor system while forming an image on the several doors (printing, drawing, graphics, etc.) canvas overlap by 30 mm.
To avoid image distortion, it is necessary to make compositions on each door individually taking into consideration that 30 mm on the drawing should be repeated.
An interesting feature of this system
is the opportunity to fix door insert
to the profile in 2 ways:
1) standard padding;
2) sticking to profiles

Standard profile height is
2750 mm
Heliodor system enables to produce doors with the width 550-1500 mm independently of the insert type

Rollers designed according to the innovative technology became the unique peculiarity of all the Komandor systems
Rollers are moving mechanisms and fundamental elements of any wardrobe-compartment construction.
Mostly of the rollers quality depends furniture reliability and durability.
Casters made of soft plastic on the upper rollers ensure quiet work of the mechanism
Rollers are made of wear-resistant plastic
and have bearings.
Improved design of the lower roller helps to increase strength and stability of the sliding door, so the door does not swing and does not fall out of the rack.
An additional advantage of sliding mechanisms is the ability to adjust the door height
Recent company invention: innovative closer Comfort Touch – ensure particularly easy and convenient doors opening and careful and precise return to the starting position.
Standard process of assembling the doors involves installing of one door closer and one upper asymmetric roller.
Additionally, you can mount 2 Comfort Touch closers on the one doors, but you should avoid installing of 2 top rollers

It is possible to fix a buffer brush on the vertical profile if for hiding of the mounting elements (screws, wood screws, grooves) coating aluminum batten is used.
When using a rubber coating batten, it would be better not to mount a buffer brush in order to avoid the formation of gaps between the door and the walls of the construction
When insert is from thin glass doors can be made with the vertical profile Heliodor with a handle – for more comfortable movement of the door
For combining of the different types of insert in one door the connection profile is used
In the case of facades with the laminated glass function of connecting profile performs top profile.
Remember, that in sliding doors with Heliodor divisions
the gap between
the inserts can be up to 1 mm
