Szafir system

Standard profile length – 2750 mm
Width – 20 mm
One of the few systems enabling production of doors with the maximum width 1500 mm for all the types of filling.
Minimum doors width – 400 mm
Whatever insert for the wardrobe facade you choose (board, mirror, glass) - the doors of the furniture will be strong, stable and easy to move

Rollers designed according to the innovative technology became the unique peculiarity of all the Komandor systems
Casters made of soft plastic on the top rollers ensure quiet work of the mechanism
The bottom rollers are made of wear-resistant
plastic and have bearings
The system «anti-jumping» keeps
the door from falling out of the track
An additional advantage of sliding mechanisms is the ability to adjust the door height
Rollers in Szafir system are hidden from both sides, so you can use a transparent glass as the doors insert, what is very actual for interior partitions
This solution is suitable as for small rooms because it visually enhances the area, so for the spacious rooms in country houses, cottages, offices
Rollers are called the moving mechanisms which are fundamental elements of any wardrobe-compartment construction
Mostly of the rollers quality depends reliability and durability of the product
Tracks in the system
can be of 2 types:

It is possible to install Comfort Touch springswhich easily slow down the doorsand carefully close it
There is the possibility to fix buffer brush of various length on vertical profile for protection of the walls or side panels
The buffer brush is used for preventing dust inside the cabinet
Protects doors from vibrations and from each other during the movement
For uniting of the different types of insert in one door the connection profile is used
For wardrobe facade decoration decorative batten is often used for imitation of the doors separation into smaller segments
Decorative batten is attached to a homogeneous
insert (plane, glass, mirror)
vertically, horizontally
or at an angle
Szafir system includes the installation of lock-blockfor the aluminum doors
1) Lock for door interlock with rosette;
2) Door vertical lock;
3) Sliding door lock;
4) Electronic lock
It will be useful to mount the locks in the wardrobes-compartments
for the safe storage of the documents and valuables
and in order to protect your children and keep them from injuring by the doors
