system
it is innovative system, which includes
the best properties of aluminum systems and availability of steel systems
System offers 2 types
of vertical profile:
Sahara 1 and Sahara 2
Profiles designed for
the insert with the thickness:

- 4.6 mm

Materials for the facade

- plastic
- safe glass of different types (transparent, opaque, varnished, etc.)

Sahara system
enables producing of the

- pivoting doors

Standard profile size is 2750 mm
- width – 32,5 mm
- height – 19, 8 and 20 mm
depending of the profile type
The maximum width of the sliding doors
with the insert
from board is 1200 mm,
from glass/mirror is 1000 mm
The minimum width of the sliding doors is 400 mm
Width of the pivoting doors –
250 up to 600 mm

Sahara profiles are available in 3 colors:
Anode Natural (AN)
Anode Champagne (AS)
White (BI)
Profiles and bottom tracks in Sahara system are made of an aluminum alloy, and rollers are used from the steel system ST 10
Casters made of soft plastic on the top rollers ensure quiet work
of the mechanism
The rollers are made of wear-resistant plastic and have bearings.
The system «anti-jumping» on the bottom rollers prevents the door from jumping off the rails
An additional advantage of sliding mechanisms is the ability to adjust the door
height

There is the possibility to attach the buffer brush of various lengths to protect walls and side walls
The buffer brush is used for preventing dust inside the cabinet,
for the doors protection from vibrations and from each other during the movement
There is a possibility to install:
1) Sliding door lock;
2) Electronic lock
In order to combine different types of insert in one door the connection profile is used
For adornment of the wardrobe facade the decorative batten is often used for imitation the door separation into smaller segments
